Please note that deposits will NOT be charged at the time of booking via the Booking System. (BOOKSY)
However, fees will be charged if booking is cancelled within 48 hours prior to appointment or in case of no-show.
If somehow you are unable to process the booking via the booking system, we may ask for a deposit in advance.
*Patch test required 48 hours prior to appointment for all new clients for colour/perm / Japanese straight.
Please make sure you book a patch test before 48 hours from appointment time. If you cannot find booking slots, please visit our salon at least 48 hours before your appointment. The patch test takes only 3 minutes.

SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations or reservation changes made at least 48 hours in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other clients and will be greatly appreciated.
Please note that cancellation or reservation changes should done only online through BOOKSY (our booking system).
Emails with these queries should be used just in last cases and within at least 2 working days prior to appointment.
No-show reservations and cancellations, rescheduling made, with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a charge of 100% of the service fee.
LATE ARRIVALSTo ensure that all bookings are made in a timely manner, any overdue bookings of 15 minutes or more will be cancelled.
