MARU HAIR TOKYO                                              2022


Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours in advance allow our team the opportunity to accommodate other clients and will be greatly appreciated. 
You can cancel or change your booking online in My Booking History up to 48 hours in advance of your visit with no extra charge. 
No-show reservations and cancellations, and rescheduling made, with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee and notifications of less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service fee.


To ensure that all bookings are made in a timely manner, any overdue bookings of 15 minutes or more will be cancelled.


Please note that deposits It will charge at the time of booking via the Booking System.  Subject to a charge of 100% of the service fee will be charged in case of no-show reservations and cancellations, rescheduling made, with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a charge of 100% of the service fee.

In case you are unable to process the booking via the booking system, we may ask for a deposit in advance.


Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer any refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.


Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our services. Returns and refunds are limited to, the following situations: 

  • Services received cannot be refunded under any circumstance.

  • Refunds will only be considered for products if presented within 14 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in their original packaging. If a product is opened or used it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged. Refunds can only be processed with receipt.

  • No refunds are given for gift card orders.

  • Gift card orders are not exchangeable. 


For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your service, you have to let us know immediately before you leave the salon so we can solve the situation. 

Redo can still be offered ONLY If there is a technical issue with the service provided, however, we require that you contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. No redo will be offered before your hair or beauty treatment is fully assessed by a salon manager. 


  • Extra charges for long hair, extra services and time are at the discretion of your stylist. You will be informed of any extra charges before the stylist begins this service.

  • All clients that have not had a colour or any chemical service in our salons before are required to have a skin allergy patch test done 24 hours before any colour or chemical services appointment. 

  • Talk to any of our stylists and they will be happy to give you advice on this.

  • Extra charges for extra services and time will be applied, you will be informed of any extra charges before the stylist begins the service.

  • MARU HAIR TOKYO reserves the right to refuse services to anyone at its discretion if it feels the policies are being abused.

  • The salon reserves the right of asking customers to pay for the cost of the services or deposit in advance.

  • Offers are subject to availability.

  • The management reserves the right to refuse admission.

If you fill out a form requesting more information from MARU we ask that you provide your name, an email address and comments, etc. 

We require these details to better understand the needs of visitors to this salon and in order to provide any requested information promptly.

In the case of the above, MARU HAIR TOKYO maintains a database of information that may be held and used by us for purposes such as user profiling, administration, marketing research and to inform you about our service generally. We WILL NOT sell, rent or trade your personal details to any third parties. Please contact us If you need us to send you all the information we hold from you if any.
